Do karanyaasa, anganyaasa, Avaanaham
·
Exhale two times through right nostril by closing the left nostril by
middle finger; inhale four times through left nostril by closing the right
nostril with thumb finger; hold the breath eight times by closing both the
nostrils with middle and thumb finger with the following mantras.

REPEAT SIX TIMES

Repeat karanyaasa and anganyaasa.
