Brahma Gayatri Pranayama

·        Do sankalpa (By touching the right ear with the right hand)

·        Do karanyaasa, anganyaasa, Avaanaham

·        Exhale two times through right nostril by closing the left nostril by middle finger; inhale four times through left nostril by closing the right nostril with thumb finger; hold the breath eight times by closing both the nostrils with middle and thumb finger with the following mantras.  

·        TAT/SAVITH/VARENYAM/BARGO/ ’DEVASYA/DHEEMAHI/DIYOYANAH/PRACHODAYATH/ 

·        REPEAT SIX TIMES

·        Repeat karanyaasa and anganyaasa.

·        Exhale two times through right nostril by closing the left nostril by middle finger; inhale four times through left nostril by closing the right nostril with thumb finger; hold the breath eight times by closing both the nostrils with middle and thumb finger with the following mantras. 

·        OM OM NARAYANAYA OM.

·        REPEAT SIX TIMES

·        Morning: Facing East.  Evening: Facing North.

·        .  Sitting posture: Suitable AsanAs.Brahma Gayatri Parayana
